Sheep Tongue Anyone?

On what will be our last day on Bimini, we are chilled with cool breezes as the sun hides out behind the clouds. What better weather to enjoy some local cuisine? 


Saturday is Souse Day at "A Taste of Heaven" Bakery and Souse House. Miss Tami bakes delectable breads and pastries, but today we were interested in the souse, a lime-y broth concoction consisting of our choice of chicken, stewed conch, or sheep's tongue. Miss Tami was kind enough to let me sample the sheep's tongue and although I opted for the stewed conch, I would be lying if I said it was less than delicious!
